Every sale — a membership renewal, a class booking, a dental appointment — becomes a single Business Transaction. That's what makes the model work everywhere, not just online.
A customer pays, however they pay
Card, cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer — the payment method is just how the money moved. Aithera doesn't require a specific payment rail to work.
Aithera separates the fee from the payment
The platform fee is collected separately from how the customer paid — automatically for digital payments, or from your prepaid Wallet for cash and offline transactions.
The Wallet covers cash and offline sales
Think of the Wallet like prepaid phone credit for your Aithera account — it's platform credit, not customer funds or an escrow account. Top it up, and Aithera draws the transaction fee from it whenever a sale doesn't move digitally through the platform.
